CUSTOMER CARE

Sweetheart Lashes wants to create the perfect results for you and wants you to absolutely love the results of our services. If for any reason you are not absolutely in love with the results, please contact the clinic within 3 days so an appointment can be scheduled to resolve any concerns. Customer service and care always comes first. 

ARRIVING LATE

Your appointment time is especially booked for you. If you will be running late, please contact the clinic with as much notice as possible, so we can best accommodate you. With this in mind time may not be permitted for the the completion of your full service. This means your service may need to be shortened or rescheduled.

For all lash services please arrive with clean lashes, or notify the clinic to allow time for the  removal of makeup and best prep the lashes for your service.

CANCELATION

If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please give the clinic as much notice as possible so the appointment time can be offered to someone else on the waitlist. We ask that you  allow 24 hrs notice.
